Client research
After the context mapping study had been conducted, the client was researched. After online research, the group found out that the client has a big social media account where she tries to help people with ASD. Furthermore, she has a university degree in psychology. She works as a psychologist at GGZ where she specializes in Autism. Furthermore, our client has a company with which she goes to conferences and talks, especially about women in autism.
First meetings
To start the co-design process well the group started off with several online meetings with the client. In the first meeting, the ground rules were laid down. For example, the language to talk in and the duration of the meetings. This resulted in a co-design session in which the client felt comfortable. In the first meetings, scenarios were sketched and talked about. Specific information about the client was gained, which was used in the idea generation. Furthermore, ideas were discussed during the meetings with the client, this direct feedback was given which resulted in an efficient workspace.
